LeComte Stakes (gr. III) winner Mo Tom, who had been under consideration for a run in the Belmont Stakes (gr. I), will bypass the June 11th classic at Belmont Park.

Instead, the son of Uncle Mo–who most recently finished eighth in the Kentucky Derby–will target the $500,000 Ohio Derby on June 25th at Thistledown.

Trainer Tom Amoss shared the news on Twitter, along with a video of Mo Tom galloping at Churchill Downs.
